6.5 Use of Google ReCAPTCHA
This website uses the service reCAPTCHA of the company Google LLC,1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google"). The query includes sending the IP address and any other data required by Google for the reCAPTCHA service to Google. For this purpose your input will be transmitted to Google and used there. However, your IP address will be shortened by Google in advance within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of reCaptcha is not merged with other Google data. The processing thus serves to avoid the misuse of this website and is ultimately anonymous, so that the weighing of interests shows that no overriding interests on your part stand in the way of processing (Art. 6 I S. 1 f DSGVO). It asserts Google's data protection guidelines, which can be found at: https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=de.

You can view Google's data protection information at http://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy/ . You can view the additional usage information for Google Maps at http://www.google.com/intl/de_de/help/terms_maps.html .

In this context, the data will not be passed on to third parties. The legal basis for the processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. If the e-mail contact aims at the conclusion of a contract, the additional legal basis for the processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO.
